2. What are the directions to your office?
I-45 North, take exit 87 (Texas 105/FM 2854), continue on the feeder for approximately 1.1 miles and take a right at the W. Davis intersection, continue for about .8 mile, then take a left onto N. Thompson, continue for about .1 mile, and our building will be the left (Alan B. Sadler building).
I-45 South, take exit 87 (Texas 105/FM 2854), continue on the feeder for approximately .2 mile and take a left at the W. Davis intersection, continue for about 1 mile, then take a left onto N. Thompson, continue for about .1 mile, and our building will be the left (Alan B. Sadler building).
We are located on the 2nd floor, suite 201.
3. Can I pay my taxes at your office?
No, all Property Taxes and Motor Vehicle Registrations are paid at the Tax Office. Please see Tax Office Website for locations and hours.
4. What is the number to the tax office?

5. What happened to my refund check?
Checks are mailed to the address given by the department requesting the refund. If you have not received your refund check, call the department requesting the refund to ensure they have the correct address.
6. What are the procedures for requesting the money that I did not receive?
Please call the office at 936-539-7844 and speak with Accounts Payable. Checks may be reissued based on verification procedures.
